These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to all use of the MyCock Game (the App) and/or the MyCock website www.mycockgame.com (the Website) by you, or by any entity or organization on whose behalf you use the App (together, Users and each a User). 

The Website and the App, and the services and functionality provided by them, are referred to collectively in these Terms as the Services.

By downloading or installing the App, all Users confirm that they have read, understood, accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Users may only use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. 

All rights not expressly granted to Users in these Terms are expressly reserved by Sweet As Co.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Delaware State law, and all Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware State courts for any matter or dispute arising in relation to these Terms.
